Decennia van getijdenbewegingen, weer, wind, golven en intensief gebruik hebben er toe geleid dat onderaan de helling de stelconplaten het beginnen begeven. Niet zo maar een beetje sleet, maar behoorlijk kapot, in de prak, zeg maar.<\/p>

De stalen lijsten hebben het, wellicht door onderuit spoeling van de funderingslaag en jarenlange inwerking van het zout, begeven. Daardoor is het beton van de platen gebroken en verzakt. Het omhoog stekende staal op de foto is inmiddels weer naar beneden gewerkt, maar opletten blijft de boodschap!<\/p>

Een verantwoordelijke van de gemeente Veere is op eerste verzoek meteen komen kijken wat er gaande was en heeft met ons vast gesteld dat er een en ander dient te gebeuren om veilig gebruik van de helling te kunnen garanderen. Er zal nu een plan van aanpak opgemaakt worden en bekeken wat de best haalbare manier is om dit te herstellen. Het spreek voor zich dat dit geen karwijtje is om een verloren momentje mee op te vullen, dit is een serieuze klus die opgepakt zal worden.<\/p>

Voorlopig is de helling aan de linker kant, als je van boven naar beneden kijkt, het best te gebruiken. Daar ligt alles nog min of meer op z’n plaats. Als het water voldoende hoog is, stelt zich geen probleem en kan je de hele breedte zonder problemen gebruiken.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
